Modification and Termination of Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

IN ALL CASES, C'OFFICE, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

Rights in C'OFFICE's services

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on C'OFFICE's services belong to C'OFFICE and/or third parties. C'OFFICE reserves all of its rights in C'OFFICE's services. Nothing in Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by C'OFFICE or any other third party except as expressly proved in the Terms.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Applicability of this privacy policy

This policy covers how our app treats personal data collected, including data related to the use of our app and company services. Personal data is defined as personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address or phone number, and information which are not publicly available.

An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all payment transactions. And all your personal information related to payment transactions would not sent back to our app.

Our app would not rent, sell or disclose your personal data with other people or non affiliated companies unless our app get your permission, or provide you with your requested products and services or in the following circumstances:

Our app respond to subpoenas, court cries or legal procedures or in response to formulate or exercising our legal rights, or defend the claims.

Our app thinks it is necessary to share relevant information to help investigate, prevent or take action on illegal activities, suspected fraud, or events involving or threaten to personal safety, and to prevent breaking terms of use of e-print or illegal behavior. In receiving relevant aspects, the demand is according to the personal information (privacy) ordinance under article 58.

If our app were acquired or merged by other companies, our app will hand over your relevant information. In this case, our app will inform you before the handover, and will be constrained by another piece of privacy policy.

Our app would not provide any users’ personal data to advertisers if you interact in or watch the target advertisement.
